My goal is to increase the awareness of massage as an alternative therapy to pain management. Instead of masking the pain, I work with you to address the primary areas of discomfort at their root source. Each session I use a variety of modalities/massage techniques. One session might be deep tissue only, while the next might be four different modalities in one session. Whatever is needed to help you experience quicker and longer lasting pain relief from your chronic and acute muscular-skeletal issues.
